The Company was notified on 20 April 1998 that, following
a disposal of 1,722,901 ordinary shares in the company, 
Harrier Trading and Investment Corporation no longer has 
a holding in the Company.  The shares represented approximately 
8.94% of the issued share capital and the beneficial holder of the
shares was Mr E Green.
