ADDITIONAL LISTING



The Company announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority for the
admission of 48,161 ordinary shares in the Company to be admitted to the
Official List. Application has also been made to the London Stock Exchange plc
for these shares to be traded on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities. Dealings are expected to commence on Monday 5 August 2002.



The new ordinary shares have been allotted to White Young Green Quest Trustee
Limited in relation to the various share option schemes operated by the
Company.



Following the admission of these shares to the Official List, there will be
28,365,002 shares in issue and listed.
