Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility, or connected Persons.

White Young Green Plc has today received notification that the Trustees of the
WYG Plc 1999 Employee Benefit Trust ("the Trust") purchased 150,000 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each fully paid on 19 November 2007 at a price of 412 pence
per share to satisfy share awards under the terms of the WYG Plc Long Term
Incentive Plan.

Following the purchase, the number of shares held by the Trust has increased to
322,571 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.624% of the Company's
issued share capital. The Executive Directors are potential beneficiaries of
awards made by the Trustees subject to specific performance criteria being
achieved.
