                        LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN (LTIP)

The Company has allocated additional shares to participants in the above Plan,
including the executive directors listed below. The following shares were
allocated by the Trustees of the Plan on October 10, 2007, at a price of #4.548.

Exercise of awards is subject to the achievement of performance conditions over
a three year performance cycle.
