Aim listed support services group The Wigmore Group Plc is pleased to announce
that Speymill, its Leisure and Hotel Division, has been awarded a series of
contracts by The Spirit Group worth, in aggregate, over #700,000.

The contracts are forthe refurbishment of 28 pubs for The Spirit Group, as part
of their planned refurbishment of their estate throughout the UK. The contracts
start in early April 2004 and run for 8 weeks.
