AGM Statement


At the AGM, to be held at 11am today, Joe Grimmond, Chairman, will make the
following statement:


"The focus on operational efficiencies and new business activities continues and
is reflected in an improved performance across the Group's continuing
operations.


"The first quarter performance is ahead of the same period for last year. Demand
remains strong and we are experiencing a healthy level of new business enquiries
across the group."
