Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) confirms that, as announced in the Company's results for the year ended 30 September 2011 released on 23 February 2012, as part of the Board's endeavours to minimise the Company's operating costs Mr. Ruiping Wang agreed not to stand for re-election to the Board at the annual general meeting of the Company held on the 21 March 2012 and, accordingly, he retired as a Director of the Company following that meeting.
