Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L), the closed-ended fund traded on AIM that invests in companies with operations principally within Greater China, is pleased to announce that at the AGM held yesterday at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey at 1:00pm all of the resolutions were passed with the following votes cast:
