Net Asset Value at 17 December 2010

Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 17 December 2010 was US$117.11 million (10 December 2010: US$119.12 million).

As at 17 December 2010, VOC had 65,289,574 (10 December 2010: 66,189 574) ordinary shares of no par value in issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share of US$1.794 as at that date (10 December 2010: US$1.800).
