Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (the "Company" or "VOC")

Cancellation of Ordinary Shares Held in Treasury

Further to the Company's announcement on 14 December 2010 regarding the Buy-back of 900,000 of its own Shares through the market, the Board announces that the Shares bought back in to treasury were cancelled on 17 December 2010. Accordingly, the Company now has 65,289,574 Shares in issue.
