Timetable for Migration 
 
The Board of Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM:VOC.L) announces that 
the publication of the prospectus relating to its proposed migration from AIM to 
the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange's Main Market has been 
delayed. As part of its standard vetting procedure for the prospectus, the UKLA 
has requested that the Company make additional disclosures regarding the SEC's 
inquiries of Vision Capital Advisors which were referred to in the Company's 
announcement on 23 September 2010. The Board does not expect VOC will be able to 
comply with these requests until those inquiries have been completed. 
Accordingly, the migration will not become effective on 1 November 2010 as 
previously expected. The Board remains fully committed to continue with the 
migration as soon as possible.
