                Statement re Vision Capital Advisors LLC ("VCA") 
 
The Board of Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM:VOC.L) notes and 
confirms, as has been reported in various US media, that VCA has received a 
subpoena from the US Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").  Some media 
articles have speculated about the focus of the SEC's inquiry. VCA has confirmed 
to the Company that it has cooperated completely and will continue to cooperate 
with the SEC's information requests. The Board has been informed that VCA 
currently has no basis for confirming the specific press speculations about the 
inquiry and, for its part, VOC has no further information.
