Vocalis Group plc ("Vocalis" or the "Company")

The Company has received notification that Scottish Widows Investment
Partnership Ltd, is interested in 2,576,105 ordinary Vocalis shares. Of this
interest, 1,420,651 shares are material interests, which represent 3.08 per
cent of the ordinary share capital of the Company.

Vocalis has also received notification that Fidelity International Limited and
its direct and indirect subsidiaries, collectively have an interest in
3,576,151 ordinary Vocalis shares, representing 7.75 per cent of the total
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
