Investment Manager Shareholding
The Company announces that following the latest share buyback
transactions, the shareholding of VinaCapital Investment Management
Limited increased, resulting from the reduction of the total voting
rights in the Company to 146,949,888.
The Investment Manager now has a combined direct and indirect
interest of 22,895,010 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
15.58% of the Company's total voting rights.
