Award of Options

The board of Vitesse Media plc, the digital, research, events and crowd funding business, has today agreed to award the following share options under the Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") share option scheme at a strike price of 4.63p per share, the closing price of the Company's shares on 1 April 14:
