The Board of Vitesse Media Plc (AIM:  VIS), the publishing, events and
multimedia company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Leslie Copeland,
an existing director of the Company, as its Chief Operating Officer, with
immediate effect.

Leslie joined Vitesse in 1997, ascending to the role of Editor for Growth
Company Investor magazine in 2000.  Following the launch of Business XL
magazine, Leslie became Editorial Director with responsibility for the delivery
of Vitesse's content across all platforms - online, events and print.  He has
driven the successful expansion of Growth Company Investor's brand - online, in
specialist research, awards, events and conferences across the UK.  He also led
the team of Growth Company Investor to win the 'Best Research Award' at the 2006
AIM Awards.


Sara Williams, Chief Executive of Vitesse Media plc, said:

"Vitesse Media has doubled in size in the past 18 months and Leslie has played a
significant role in the integration of 'What Investment', acquired in February
2007, and Information Age, a recent addition to our stable. Leslie has brought a
