                   Additional listing and Directors interests


80,919 ordinary shares of 5p in Vanco plc have today been issued. Application
has been made for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.


These shares have been issued following the initial exercise of options pursuant
to the Vanco sharesave plan approved by shareholders on 7 June 2004.


Following this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be
63,904,449.


Admission of the new shares and commencement of dealings is expected to take
place on 21 September 2007.

Of the ordinary shares issued today, 3,792 were issued to Simon Hargreaves, a
Directors of Vanco plc who notified the  Company on the 18th September 2007 of
his interests in the ordinary shares as set out below.
