5 pence each in Vanco plc to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will rank
pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

This block listing relates to future issues of shares under the Vanco Group
Employee Incentivisation Scheme.
