AGM Statement

At its Annual General Meeting being held at 10.00am today, Jeremy Hamer, Executive Chairman of SnackTime plc will make the following statement:-

"The unaudited results for the first quarter of FY14 to 30 June 2013 were broadly in line with management's expectations producing an EBITDA of GBP250,000 (Q1 FY13: GBP200,000). This compares with the average quarterly EBITDA in FY13 of GBP164,000 and is the best quarter recorded by the Company since Q2 FY12. This improvement in performance has been achieved mainly as a result of the cost savings implemented during FY13. As at 30 June 2013, we were using GBP350,000 of our GBP750,000 overdraft facility.

As announced in its final results on 3 July 2013, the Company's focus continues to be on sales, lead generation and operational efficiency.
