Further to the circular to shareholders dated 2 May 2008, an application has
been made today to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange in
respect of the delisting of the Company's Zero Dividend Preference (ZDP) shares
following the proposals of the Company approved on 30 May 2008 and subsequent
tender offer. The remaining ZDP shares will be delisted on 31 July 2008.

Any remaining holders of ZDP shares are reminded that these shares can
currently be repurchased by the Company, through its broker Cenkos Securities
plc. Such holders should note that ZDP holders have no further entitlement to
the assets of the Company in excess of their final capital entitlement per ZDP
share as at 30 May 2008 and remaining ZDP holders who do not sell their shares
back to the Company (through its broker) before 31 July 2008 may have to wait
until 2011 before receiving any return of their capital.
