The Company announces that following tenders of 13,326,113 Zero Dividend
Preference shares and 24,459,992 Income shares, the Company now has the
following shares in issue:

Payments to those Income shareholders who have tendered their shares will be
made today. Payments to those Zero Dividend Preference shareholders who have
tendered their shares were made on 5 June 2008.
