Uranium Resources, the AIM listed uranium exploration and development company, was notified on 29 November 2010 that due to the increase in the Company's issued share capital following the issue of the Placing Shares, as announced on 18 November 2010, Geiger Counter Limited continues to be interested in 41,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which now represents approximately 8.57% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
