The Company was notified today that Barclays plc has disposed of 44,328 ordinary
shares in the Company on 19th December 2007.

Following this acquisition, Barclays plc through its subsidiary Barclays
Stockbrokers Ltd, has an interest in 17,416,344 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing approximately 5.98% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
