The Company was notified on 30th October 2007 that Barclays plc had disposed of
187,265 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 October 2007.



Following this disposal, Barclays plc through its subsidiaries Barclays
Stockbrokers Ltd and Walbrook Trustees (Isle of Man) Ltd, has an interest in
17,319,356 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.95% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.
