Director/PDMR Shareholding

Ultimate Finance Group plc (AIM: UFG) announces that Jeremy Coombes, Chief Executive, has transferred 90,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his self invested personal pension ("SIPP").

Following the above transfer in legal holding, there is no change to Mr Coombes's beneficial interest in the capital of the Company, which remains 1,803,285 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.15 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
