Trading update and notice of results

The Board of Ultimate Finance Group plc (AIM:UFG), a leading provider of financial solutions to SMEs, confirms that, during the period ended 30 June 2011, Ultimate Finance continued to trade in line with market expectations.

The Company will announce its results for the 12 months to 30 June 2011 on 21 September 2011.
