Trading Update

Ultimate Finance Group plc (AIM:UFG), a leading provider of financial solutions to SMEs, is pleased to provide a trading update for the six months to 31 December 2010.

The integration of Ashley Commercial Finance Limited ("Ashley"), acquired in October 2010, is progressing well, and the increasing cross-selling opportunities are continuing to validate the rationale behind the acquisition. In addition, Ashley has moved into new offices in the same building as Ultimate Finance's Manchester team, maximising the cost-savings and operational synergies identified at the time of the acquisition.

Excluding acquisition costs, the Group has performed ahead of management expectations, as demand for its services remains strong.

The Company will announce its interim results for the six months to 31 December 2010 on 29 March 2011.
