              Clarification of cancellation of admission statement 
 
Ultimate Finance Group plc (the "Company"), notes the earlier announcement 
"Cancellation of admission of securities to trading on AIM following a reverse 
takeover" and would like to clarify that this announcement relates to those 
ordinary shares in issue as at close on 28 October 2010 which have been 
re-admitted to trading on AIM at 8am this morning as part of the enlarged issued 
share capital of the Company, as announced in "AIM Notice (568)".
