                            Director's share dealing

Ultimate Finance PLC ("Ultimate") announces that it was notified on 19 March
2008 that both Richard Pepler, the Chief Executive, and Jeremy Coombes, the
Operations Director, purchased 85,000 Shares and 15,000 Shares respectively in
Ultimate on 19 March 2008 at a price of 6.0p each.

Following the purchase, R. Pepler is interested in 1,045,000 Ultimate Shares
representing 5.23% of its issued share capital and J. Coombes is interested in
826,010 Ultimate Shares representing 4.13% of its issued share capital.
