The Board of Ultimate Finance Group Plc ("UFG") announces that Brian Sumner
(Chief Executive) has resigned from the board and left the Company by mutual
consent.

The Board recognises Brian's contribution as one of the founders of the company
and wishes him well as he leaves the group to pursue other interests.

Richard Pepler, the Managing Director will act as Chief Executive on an interim
basis pending a permanent appointment
