At a Board Meeting held on 18 July 1997 Mr I J G Hamilton (Operating Director)
and Mr J Rivans (Sales Director) advised the Board that they wished to exercise
some of their share options and requested clearance to do so.  Clearance was
granted by the Board.  On the 21 July 1997 the following share options were
exercised by the Directors:
