                Total Systems plc - Notice of Preliminary Results


Total Systems plc, suppliers of established software products and services to
the insurance sector of the UK's financial services market and related
industries, will announce its Preliminary Results for the 12 months ended 31
March 2002 on Monday 1 July 2002.



There will be a presentation to analysts and others interested in the Company's
fortunes.  This will be given by Terry Bourne and Granville Harris, respectively
the Company's chairman and finance director, on the same day at the offices of
Binns & Co PR, 16 St Helen's Place, London EC3 and will commence at 11:00am.
