Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 19 February 2007 it allotted and issued 68,881
new Ordinary shares of 1p each under the Dividend Investment Scheme at a price
of 110.79p being equivalent to the published net asset value per share as at 31
December 2006.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 39,028,803
Ordinary Shares.
