Tarsus announces that on 1 June 2012, a SIPP managed on behalf of Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director, purchased 3,990 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 149p per share.

Douglas Emslie's direct interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 893,830 Shares, representing approximately 0.94 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
