    The Board of Turbo Power Systems is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company
held on Friday 15th August 2008 at 5:30pm were approved. The resolutions proposed were in relation to amendments made to a loan financing
agreement with institutional investors, the details of which were released by Turbo Power Systems on 15 August 2008.
