Completion of 31(st) December 2013 Share Conversion

Following the publication on 29(th) January 2014 of the final month-end net asset values for 31st December 2013, the following share conversion ratios have been determined in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company for the purposes of the 31st December 2013 share conversion date:

On the basis of aggregate applications received and using the conversion ratios listed above, the following shares will be converted:

USD 580 shares of no par value into 364 GBP shares

EUR 80,514 shares of no par value into 106,313 USD shares

GBP 61,427 shares of no par value into 97,698 USD shares

EUR 6,500 shares of no par value into 5,396 GBP shares

The Company's Articles of Association provide that whenever a number of shares is converted from one currency class to another, a corresponding number of unlisted B shares shall be converted so as to maintain the set ratio of B shares to ordinary shares. On this basis, the following B shares will be converted:

USD 387 shares of no par value into 243 GBP shares

EUR 53,676 shares of no par value into 70,875 USD shares

GBP 40,951 shares of no par value into 65,133 USD shares

EUR 4,333 shares of no par value into 3,597 GBP shares

Following conversion of the relevant shares, the total number of shares in issue in each class will be as follows:

   -     615,366  Euro shares 
   -     46,202,204 US Dollar shares; and 
   -     2,272,204 Sterling shares 
   -     410,246 Euro B shares 
   -     30,801,483 US Dollar B shares; and 
   -     1,514,808 Sterling B shares

The Share conversion took place on 29(th) January 2014.
