               Teleset Networks PCL ("Teleset" or the "Company")


Holdings in the Company


The Company has been notified of the following changes to its significant
shareholders' holdings. TeleDev East Limited, a shareholder in the Company, has
itself undertaken a shareholder reorganisation that led to the transfer of
ordinary shares of Teleset from TeleDev East Limited to certain other
shareholders of Teleset. The transfers were effected at a price of 18p per
share, being the price at which the ordinary shares in Teleset were introduced
to AIM. The new additional holdings are subject to lock-in arrangements agreed
at the date of admission, being 12 October 2006.

Each of the shareholders disclosed above entered into lock-in arrangements at
the time of the Company's introduction to AIM and has agreed that such lock-in

the above reorganisation.

The issued share capital of the Company is 102,736,610 ordinary shares.
