Tangent was notified on 29 September 2011 that on 23 September 2011 Kevin Cameron, Finance Director of Tangent, purchased 26,274 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5.245 pence per share. The shares were purchased following a pre-existing order given by Kevin Cameron to his personal stockbroker in April 2011, for any dividend received by his holding in Tangent to be re-invested in shares of the Company.

As a result of this transaction Kevin Cameron holds 722,524 ordinary shares of 1p each in Tangent which represent approximately 0.41% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
