The Board of Alternative Asset Opportunities PCC Limited (the "Company") announces that the net asset value of the US Traded Life Interests Fund at 31 December 2012 was 54.3 pence per share. This represents a decrease of 1.4 pence per share from the NAV at 30 November 2012.

It is estimated that exchange rate movements had a negative impact during the month of 0.8 pence per share. The Company's borrowings as at 31 December 2012 stood at US$2,239,000.
