Alternative Asset Opportunities PCC Limited

The Board of Alternative Asset Opportunities PCC Limited wish to announce that
the net asset value per share of the US Traded Life Interests Fund as at 31
October 2008 was 94.80 pence.

The above NAV includes an unrealised loss to date of 2.1 pence per share as at
31 October 2008 that results from marking to market the Company's foreign
exchange positions, these notably being the forward sales of US dollars
maturing in 2012. This loss to date compares with a loss to date of 1.5 pence
per share as at 30 September 2008.
