    Correction of TDC release 8/2006 of 30 January 2006 of leading
employees' and their close relatives' transactions with TDC shares
and related securities.


In release 8/2006 of 30 January 2006 TDC reported in accordance  with
section 28  a  of the  Danish  Securities Trading  Act  transactions,
regarding leading  employees  and  their close  relatives,  with  TDC
shares and related securities.

TDC has  just become  aware of  that  the filing  in respect  to  ERP
International 2 A/S was incorrect,  as the reported number of  shares
was 201,000 with a value of DKK 76,782,000, while the correct  number
of shares was 43,200 with a value of DKK 16,502,400.

Below follows a filing in respect  to ERP International 2 A/S,  which
replaces the previous filing in release 8/2006 of 30 January 2006.
