Orb a.r.l. ("Orb") notes the recent movement in the share price of Thistle
Hotels PLC ("Thistle"). Orb announces that it is considering various strategic
options including the acquisition of Thistle, but that it has not entered into
formal discussions with the board of Thistle. If such a transaction were to
proceed, it is likely that it would be an offer at a modest premium to the
current share price.
