DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES



Thomson received notification on 13 February 2007 that, following the purchase
of 60,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"),
Capital Group International Inc have a notifiable interest in 942,300 Ordinary
Shares in the Company representing 3.0 per cent. of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
