Board Appointment
Tanja Willis becomes Group Finance Director
TEG Environmental Plc ("TEG" or "the Company"), the leading edge green
technology company which converts organic wastes into natural organic
fertilizer, announces that Tanja Willis has been appointed as Group Finance
Director, with immediate effect. Tanja (aged 31), has been the Company's

continue to be based at TEG's Head Office in Preston. She joined TEG in June
2004 as Financial Manager from Preston North End Plc, operators of a
professional football league club, where she was for two years up to 2004, the
management accountant reporting directly to their Financial Director.
Prior to this Tanja was at Blackpool Borough Council as a Project Accountant on
temporary assignment. Before that, she was for four years the Financial Manager
of international manufacturers of window coverings and architectural products,
Hunter Douglas SA (Pty) Ltd. At Hunter Douglas, which comprised 160 companies
with 64 factories, 96 assembly operations and marketing organisations in over
160 countries, Tanja reported directly to the Financial Controller based in
Rotterdam.
Tanja began her career at Electronic Accounting, a Chartered Accounting
Practice, before graduating from the University of South Africa with a Bachelor
in Accounting Sciences in 2003. She is married. Her hobbies include hiking and
swimming.
Commenting, Dick Bilborough, Chief Executive of TEG, said: "Tanja has excelled
in her roles as Finance Controller and Company Secretary since joining the
Company last June. We are pleased that she has accepted the position of Finance
Director. Her appointment follows that of Michael Fishwick as our Chief
Executive Elect at the end of January, along with a number of recent senior
management appointments, which completes our executive line up of a
young, enthusiastic team. This will help take TEG forward nationwide as we
continue to close on contracts which have been long impending awaiting
legislation compliance dates now due 2005/06. This was underlined by the City
and County of Swansea recently approving the acceptance of TEG's proposals for
the provision of our TEG Silo-Cage in-vessel composting systems, valued at
#925,000."
There are no details to be disclosed of Directorships held by Tanja Willis in

Editor's Notes:
TEG designs and produces a specialised composting system that provides a proven,
efficient and cost-effective disposal alternative to landfill or incineration as
a means of treating organic waste. Potential customers include contractors,
local authorities, waste management companies, food processors, farmers and
landowners. The Company's expanding market is driven by increasingly stringent
EU and UK legislation regulating the treatment and disposal of organic waste.
