Total Voting Rights - Shares Issued from Block Listing

The Company announces the issue of 682,103 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, from the Block Listing announced on 8 October 2013, following the exercise of employee share options under the Company's 2009 Value Creation Plan. The Company's total issued share capital after the issue of these new ordinary shares is 43,880,136 ordinary shares each with voting rights

The Company holds 247,324 shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting shares in the Company is 43,632,812 ordinary shares. The figure of 43,632,812 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
