          Appointment of Group Finance Director and Company Secretary


Further to its announcement on the 26 May 2006, Town Centre Securities PLC, the
Leeds based property investment and development company, is delighted to
announce that Karen Prior BSc FCA will take up her appointment as Group Finance
Director and Company Secretary with the Company on the 1st October 2006.


Her predecessor John Sutcliffe left the Company on the 29 September 2006 to take
up his appointment with Henry Boot PLC


There are no further disclosures required in relation to Karen's appointment
pursuant to Listing Rules 9.6.13 (1)-(6).


Karen has a beneficial interest in 10,328 ordinary shares in the Company.
