on 29 March 2004, Standard Life Group sold 89,920 Ordinary shares of 5p
("Ordinary Shares") in the Company held under the registered name of Stanlife
Nominees Limited.

Stanlife Nominees Limited now holds 2,467,494 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing 5.75% of the total currently issued share capital of 42,912,023
Ordinary Shares.
