Director's Dealings in Ordinary Shares


The Company was notified on 22 June 2006 that Lindsay Page exercised an option
granted under the 1997 Executive Share Option Scheme to acquire 213,000 shares
in the Company at 245 pence per share.  The shares acquired by Lindsay Page have
been immediately sold to institutional investors on 22 June 2006 at 507 pence
per share.


Therefore, the resultant holding for Lindsay Page remains unchanged at 293,837
shares representing 0.7% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
