(BOVESPA: TAMM4, NYSE: TAM) announces operating data for April 2007, as disclosed by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) today. (Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20060418/SPTU001LOGO ) According to ANAC, TAM registered 37.1% growth in domestic RPK (demand) compared to the same period last year, and 31.7% increase in domestic ASK (supply). In April, market demand increased 20.3% and market supply increased 19.2%. TAM registered domestic market share (RPK) of 50.7%, a 6.2 p.p. increase compared to the same period in 2006. TAM's domestic load factor was 76.2%, 3.2 p.p. higher than the market average 73.0%. In the international market, TAM registered 100.5% growth in RPK and 120.6% in ASK, compared to April 2006. The company reached market share of 69.7%, representing 44.5 p.p. growth year on year. TAM reached 71.1% load factor, 6.2 p.p. higher than the market average of 64.9%. The total scheduled yield for April 2007 presented a single digit decline compared to March 2007.
