The Company today announces that Mr Peter Bondar, an executive director of the
Company, has today purchased 101,228 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("ordinary
shares") at a price of 4.9p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Bondar has a
beneficial interest in 101,228 ordinary shares, representing 0.03 per cent in
the ordinary share capital of the Company.
